IDS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,522 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, ATP5F1A, and NIPA1. Each is linked with IDS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDS-to-partner and partner-to-IDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by IDS-low versus IDS-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
