IDS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IDS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,995 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are EOLA2, GDI1, and EOLA1. Each is linked with IDS in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDS-to-partner and partner-to-IDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IDS versus EOLA2 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
