Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IDNK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IDNK data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher IDNK Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IDNK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where IDNK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
