IDNK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDNK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, OR2P1P, and MIR6793. Each is linked with IDNK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDNK-to-partner and partner-to-IDNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4510 grouped by IDNK-low versus IDNK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
