IDI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,862 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGCS1, HMGCS1_S4, and CACYBP. Each is linked with IDI1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDI1-to-partner and partner-to-IDI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IDI1 versus HMGCS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
