IDI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LONRF2P1, PRAMEF13, and MIR7854. Each is linked with IDI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDI1-to-partner and partner-to-IDI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LONRF2P1 grouped by IDI1-low versus IDI1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
