IDH3G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IDH3G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDH3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRG3, P2RY12, and LCE1F. Each is linked with IDH3G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH3G-to-partner and partner-to-IDH3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRG3 grouped by IDH3G-low versus IDH3G-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDH3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDH3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
