Across TCGA cell cohorts, IDH3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,190 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IDH3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Regulation of mitochondrial mRNA stability. Each is linked with IDH3B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH3B-to-partner and partner-to-IDH3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum grouped by IDH3B-low versus IDH3B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
