IDE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,328 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBF1, GLRX3, and PPA1. Each is linked with IDE in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDE-to-partner and partner-to-IDE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IDE versus GBF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDE→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
