protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,128 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDE-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLRX3, PCBD1, and ATP5MD. Each is linked with IDE in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDE-to-partner and partner-to-IDE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IDE versus GLRX3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDE→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
