mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,982 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDE-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS33P3, OR4C45, and TUBBP3. Each is linked with IDE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDE-to-partner and partner-to-IDE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS33P3 grouped by IDE-low versus IDE-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDE→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
