Across TCGA cell cohorts, IDE RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,750 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDE-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic cytokinetic process, Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinetic process, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with IDE in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDE-to-partner and partner-to-IDE results are reported.
