IDE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IDE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDE-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG3A, TCF21, and SFT2D3. Each is linked with IDE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDE-to-partner and partner-to-IDE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG3A grouped by IDE-low versus IDE-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDE→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
