ID4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ID4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,394 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ID4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ID4_S5, DDAH2, and MYLK. Each is linked with ID4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ID4-to-partner and partner-to-ID4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ID4 versus ID4_S5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ID4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ID4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
