ID4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ID4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,154 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ID4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF7L1, RSL24D1P1, and COX11P1. Each is linked with ID4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ID4-to-partner and partner-to-ID4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ID4 versus TCF7L1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ID4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ID4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
