ID4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ID4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ID4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548AI, NPM1P1, and MIR8059. Each is linked with ID4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ID4-to-partner and partner-to-ID4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548AI grouped by ID4-low versus ID4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ID4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ID4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
