ID3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ID3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,723 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ID3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB23, VCAN, and PPFIBP1. Each is linked with ID3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ID3-to-partner and partner-to-ID3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ID3 versus RAB23 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ID3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ID3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
