Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICE2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,187 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICE2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCOR_S336, CD44_S706, and AFDN_S1512. Each is linked with ICE2P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICE2P1-to-partner and partner-to-ICE2P1 results are reported.
