Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ICE2P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ICE2P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), where higher ICE2P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ICE2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SARC show a favorable association.

PCPG, HNSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where ICE2P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
