Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICE2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,452 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICE2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA modification, Mitochondrial transport, and Regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Each is linked with ICE2P1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICE2P1-to-partner and partner-to-ICE2P1 results are reported.
