Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,541 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ICE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT5, NUP155, and TRIP13. Each is linked with ICE1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICE1-to-partner and partner-to-ICE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ICE1 versus CCT5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
