Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICAM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ICAM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDV3, NANOGP3, and RNU6-1045P. Each is linked with ICAM5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICAM5-to-partner and partner-to-ICAM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDV3 grouped by ICAM5-low versus ICAM5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICAM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICAM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
