ICAM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICAM5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICAM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ICAM5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICAM5-to-partner and partner-to-ICAM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ICAM5-low versus ICAM5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICAM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICAM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
