ICAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, eIF4E, and JNK2. Each is linked with ICAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICAM1-to-partner and partner-to-ICAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by ICAM1-low versus ICAM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
