ICAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ICAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2V2, RS1, and P2RX3. Each is linked with ICAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICAM1-to-partner and partner-to-ICAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2V2 grouped by ICAM1-low versus ICAM1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
