ICA1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICA1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,542 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICA1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEAL1, HDGFL3, and TTC33. Each is linked with ICA1L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICA1L-to-partner and partner-to-ICA1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ICA1L versus TCEAL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICA1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICA1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
