ICA1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICA1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,512 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICA1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM118B, AAGAB, and PDHX. Each is linked with ICA1L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICA1L-to-partner and partner-to-ICA1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM118B grouped by ICA1L-low versus ICA1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICA1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICA1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
