Across TCGA cell cohorts, ICA1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,648 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICA1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ICA1L in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICA1L-to-partner and partner-to-ICA1L results are reported.
