IBSP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IBSP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,339 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IBSP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FN1, SRPX2, and THBS2. Each is linked with IBSP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IBSP-to-partner and partner-to-IBSP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IBSP versus FN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IBSP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IBSP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
