IBSP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IBSP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IBSP-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBBP3, KRTAP1-1, and LINC01728. Each is linked with IBSP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IBSP-to-partner and partner-to-IBSP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IBSP versus UBBP3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IBSP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IBSP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
