IBSP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IBSP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,454 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IBSP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1E3, MIR4726, and MPPE1P1. Each is linked with IBSP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IBSP-to-partner and partner-to-IBSP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1E3 grouped by IBSP-low versus IBSP-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IBSP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IBSP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
