IBA57

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IBA57 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,515 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IBA57-associated genes across cancer lineages are SARM1, PITX1, and EPN2. Each is linked with IBA57 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IBA57-to-partner and partner-to-IBA57 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SARM1 grouped by IBA57-low versus IBA57-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IBA57→partner) and Y-score (partner→IBA57) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
