Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IBA57-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IBA57-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher IBA57-DT RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IBA57-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and CHOL show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and THYM are the cancer types where IBA57-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
