IARS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,265 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK1, RPRD1B, and VWA8. Each is linked with IARS2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IARS2-to-partner and partner-to-IARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IARS2 versus MAPK1 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
