IARS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ASNS, and CD31. Each is linked with IARS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IARS2-to-partner and partner-to-IARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by IARS2-low versus IARS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
