IARS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300H, CEACAM4, and TAAR8. Each is linked with IARS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IARS2-to-partner and partner-to-IARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD300H grouped by IARS2-low versus IARS2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
