IAH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IAH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IAH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1E1P2, RNU6-336P, and RPL30P5. Each is linked with IAH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IAH1-to-partner and partner-to-IAH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1E1P2 grouped by IAH1-low versus IAH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IAH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IAH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
