Across TCGA cell cohorts, HYPK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,886 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HYPK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Negative regulation of autophagy, and snoRNA guided rRNA pseudouridine synthesis. Each is linked with HYPK in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYPK-to-partner and partner-to-HYPK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by HYPK-low versus HYPK-high in BONE.
