HYOU1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYOU1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,415 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYOU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SVIL, FKBP11, and SRPRA. Each is linked with HYOU1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYOU1-to-partner and partner-to-HYOU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HYOU1 versus SVIL in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYOU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYOU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
