Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYOU1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,918 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HYOU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1138P, MIR200C, and RPL23AP4. Each is linked with HYOU1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYOU1-to-partner and partner-to-HYOU1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1138P grouped by HYOU1-low versus HYOU1-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYOU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYOU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
