HYOU1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYOU1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYOU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, MEK1, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with HYOU1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYOU1-to-partner and partner-to-HYOU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by HYOU1-low versus HYOU1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYOU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYOU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
