Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYDIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,164 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HYDIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intraciliary anterograde transport, Microtubule-based transport, and Intraciliary transport involved in cilium assembly. Each is linked with HYDIN in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYDIN-to-partner and partner-to-HYDIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Intraciliary anterograde transport grouped by HYDIN-low versus HYDIN-high in ESCA.
