Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYDIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,636 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYDIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFAND1, SCO1, and CFAP94. Each is linked with HYDIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYDIN-to-partner and partner-to-HYDIN results are reported.
