Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYDIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,650 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HYDIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUSD3, CENPO, and HELLS. Each is linked with HYDIN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYDIN-to-partner and partner-to-HYDIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUSD3 grouped by HYDIN-low versus HYDIN-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYDIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYDIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
