HYDIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HYDIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,448 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYDIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP206, DNAI1, and BEX2. Each is linked with HYDIN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYDIN-to-partner and partner-to-HYDIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HYDIN versus CFAP206 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYDIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYDIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
