Across TCGA cell cohorts, HYDIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,824 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYDIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with HYDIN in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYDIN-to-partner and partner-to-HYDIN results are reported.
