Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HYDIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,213 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HYDIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP135, CEP85, and DBR1. Each is linked with HYDIN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYDIN-to-partner and partner-to-HYDIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEP135 grouped by HYDIN-low versus HYDIN-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYDIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYDIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
