HYAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HYAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA7, NAT8B, and MGAT4D. Each is linked with HYAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYAL1-to-partner and partner-to-HYAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA7 grouped by HYAL1-low versus HYAL1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
