HUWE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HUWE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HUWE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Rictor_pT1135, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with HUWE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HUWE1-to-partner and partner-to-HUWE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by HUWE1-low versus HUWE1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HUWE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HUWE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
