Across TCGA cell cohorts, HUWE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 828 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HUWE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A3GALT2, OR1L3, and TTC19. Each is linked with HUWE1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HUWE1-to-partner and partner-to-HUWE1 results are reported.
